Return & Exchange
Due to strict government health regulations. Underwear, Swimwear or Intimate Apparel CANNOT BE RETURNED. We will accepts returns, for exchange or refund, of the following items: defective underwear, new, unworn, not washed, and in the original packaging.
For faulty products- We offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. Product must be in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn, not washed, and in the original packaging when returning. (see Policy For Returning Your Product).
For change of mind- We offer a 7 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy from the date you receive your product. The exchange garment must be in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn, not washed, and in the original packaging when returning. (see Policy For Returning Your Product).
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
If any reason you need the item immediately, we can occasionally cross ship the item to you in advance by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. But we will need your credit card information on file, if you fail to return the faulty item within 10 business days from the date you report to us, you will be bill to your credit card for the value of the item.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all “Change of mind” return orders. We will email you the shipping cost, once you agreed, we will charge to your credit card before we ship the exchangement. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Policy for returning your product:
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size,remember to wear a liner when trying on your product! )
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
Please Note: Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your product or an outfit that has a underwear bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
